What we do with your information
Short version: the health check runs entirely in your browser. We only see your answers if you choose to book a call or send us the link. Last updated 5 September 2026.
The business health check
Your answers are held in your browser and nowhere else. There is no account, no database and no cookie storing them. Your results link contains the answers inside the web address itself, which is why the link works on any device and why we have no copy of it.
Anyone you share that link with can see your report - including us, but only if you choose to send it. Treat it the way you would treat any document about your business.
Requesting a discovery call
Booking is handled by Calendly, which asks for your name and email address so it can send the invitation. If you completed the health check before booking, a link to your results travels with the booking so we can read them before we speak. Nothing is sent unless you choose to book.
We use what you send to prepare for the conversation and to reply to you. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside Nwaila Investments unless you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site people use. It records things like which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from, with IP addresses shortened before storage. It does not tell us who you are.
When someone finishes the health check, we record the six scores and the total on their own - no name, no email, nothing that could identify a business. We use that to understand which areas South African businesses struggle with most. Nothing loads until you press Accept on the banner, and pressing "No thanks" means no analytics cookie is ever set. Your choice is remembered in your own browser; clear your site data to be asked again.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what you have sent us;
- stop contacting you.
Email info@nwaila.co.za and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
