What we do with your information
Short version: we measure how this site and the health check are used. No sign-up, no email, nothing that names you. Last updated 6 September 2026.
The business health check
There is no account and no sign-up, and we never ask for your email to run the check. Your results link contains your answers inside the web address itself, which is why the link works on any device.
We do record the answers as they are given, together with the scores, as measurement data. It is not attached to a name, an email address or a business, and we cannot tell who answered what. We use it to understand which areas South African businesses struggle with most, and to see where people leave the check.
Anyone you share that link with can see your report - including us, but only if you choose to send it. Treat it the way you would treat any document about your business.
Requesting a discovery call
Booking is handled by Calendly, which asks for your name and email address so it can send the invitation. If you completed the health check before booking, a link to your results travels with the booking so we can read them before we speak. Nothing is sent unless you choose to book.
We use what you send to prepare for the conversation and to reply to you. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside Nwaila Investments unless you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used: which pages were viewed, how far down them people read, which health check questions were answered, and roughly which city the visit came from. IP addresses are shortened before storage. It does not tell us who you are.
Measurement begins when you open the site. The banner asks whether you accept: pressing Accept allows the usual analytics cookie, and declining switches to cookieless measurement, where your visit is still counted but nothing is stored on your device. Either way we receive no advertising data and we do not sell anything to anyone. Your choice is remembered in your own browser; clear your site data to be asked again.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what you have sent us;
- stop contacting you.
Email info@nwaila.co.za and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
